Exchanges

* We accept exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.
* Items must be unused, clean, and in their original condition and packaging.
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

Returns

* For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used, washed, or worn pet accessories.
* If you receive the wrong item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly review your claim and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

* Personalized or custom-made items.
* Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
* Final sale or clearance items, unless they have a manufacturing defect.
