What lbmodacanina.com collects, what it is for, and who else sees it. The short version: the minimum needed to send your order and answer you.

What is collected

• When you write : your name, email, phone if you give one, the message, and any photographs you attach.
• When you buy : your shipping and billing address, and the order detail. Card details go straight to Stripe, which this site never sees or stores.
• When you browse : aggregate visit statistics (pages viewed, country, device type). No advertising cookies and no individual profiles.

Who else sees it

• Stripe : processes payments and holds the card details.
• Amazon SES : delivers the form emails and order confirmations.
• Cloudflare : serves the site and screens spam with Turnstile.
• USPS : receives your address so it can deliver.

Nothing is sold or rented to anyone else, ever.

How long it is kept

Form messages are kept while the conversation is live and for up to a year after. Order records are kept seven years because California tax law requires it.

Your rights

Whether or not you live in California, you can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@lbmodacanina.com . We answer within 30 days. There is no charge and you are not treated differently for asking.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this changes, the date below changes with it.
