Common questions

How do I know which size to order?

Measure your dog’s neck where the collar sits, leaving two fingers of slack, and check the size guide. If you are between sizes or your dog is an unusual shape, send the measurement and Lissette will tell you which one fits.

Can you make something in a fabric that is sold out?

Sometimes. Each fabric is bought as a single bolt and worked until it runs out, so when a piece is gone the fabric usually is too. Ask anyway: there are often offcuts big enough for a bandana or a scrunchie.

Do the dog piece and the human piece really match?

Yes, literally. Anything sharing a fabric family was cut from the same bolt, which is why the colors line up exactly rather than approximately.

How long until it ships?

Orders leave San Diego in two to four business days by USPS. A tracking number is emailed when the label prints.

Can I order a custom piece?

Yes. Send your dog’s measurements and what you have in mind. Custom pieces are not returnable, so the sizing gets settled by message first.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not through the website yet. Write with your address and Lissette will quote the postage by message.
