Shipping

Everything ships from San Diego, California. Lissette sews each piece, so orders leave in 2 to 4 business days and then travel by USPS.

$6.00 flat rate within the United States.
Free on orders of $75.00 or more.
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is printed.
International shipping is not switched on yet. If you are outside the United States, write to her and she will arrange it by message.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
The piece must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping is yours, unless the exchange is because of a mistake on our side.

Returns

For hygiene and safety, used, washed or worn accessories cannot be returned. This is clothing that has been against an animal.

If the wrong piece arrives, or one with a manufacturing fault, write within 48 hours of delivery. We review it and send a replacement or a refund, whichever fits.

Not eligible for return or exchange

Personalised or made-to-measure pieces.
Products used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Final sale and clearance items, unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Write with your order number, what happened, and photographs of the piece. Lissette answers these herself. Write to Lissette.
